This Privacy Policy should be read alongside and in addition to any Terms of Sale or Terms of Service you have agreed to with MetOcean as part of your purchase or hardware and/or airtime products. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not continue to use the MetOcean Connect app.

This data may be linked to other information MetOcean has collected from your organization, including but not limited to billing and contact information, and devices or services purchased.

MetOcean may also automatically collect the following derivative data when accessing MetOcean’s servers while using the app:

• Access times
• Mobile device type, operating system, and version

The MetOcean Connect app may also Google Analytics to analyze and track users’ use of the app to determine usage behaviour and assist in the design and development of future improvements to MetOcean’s software and services. By accessing and using MetOcean Connect, you consent to this collection and use of this data by the third-party vendor. MetOcean does not transfer any personal information to the vendor as part of this service.

Collecting this information allows MetOcean to provide you with an efficient and effective experience for configuring and using your devices. Specifically, we may use it for the following purposes:

Removal of Collected Personal Information

You may at any time update the information in your account or terminate your account by contacting MetOcean’s Support department. Upon receiving your request to terminate an account, MetOcean will remove or deactivate your account and information from active databases. Some information may still be retained in order to troubleshoot problems, assist in investigations, or comply with other legal requirements.
